01 / THE STORYTHE EMBERLINE IS BURNING
ONE WORLD. TWO FIRES.
PROGRESS
HAS A PRICE.
“Free will is waste heat.”— THE REGULATOR
Meryth was a world of steam, rail, and rising airships. Then
something came down from the stars.
In the remote Oha-Rim Sector, an industrial planet became the
proving ground for an off-world invasion. The Ascendant remade the
south. Their first impact tore open the Emberline. Nothing on
either side would ever be the same.
The armada is gone. Its machines are not. And Aldric Vane — the
Regulator, the Iron King — sees a throne in what
the invaders left behind.
Join the Unbound aboard the Wayward. Scavenge
their weapons. Reclaim your world. But every upgrade asks the same
question: how much of the enemy will you become to defeat them?

01 / THE ARRIVAL
THE SOUTH WAS REWRITTEN.
The Ascendant descended into the southern districts. Terraforming
engines opened rivers of molten light. Alien cores fused with
Meryth’s infrastructure, turning factories into automated
war-forges. The south’s technology was an invasion’s inheritance.
-
02 / THE EMBERLINE
A WORLD CUT IN TWO.
First impact left a vast burning frontier: trench line, industrial
wasteland, and living machine network. Beyond it, the transformed
south. Against it, the free north. A planet of foundries became a
planet at war.

03 / THE AFTERMATH
THEY LEFT. THE WAR DIDN’T.
After the Battle of the Emberline, the armada withdrew. Command
cores, war machines, and altered cities remained. Did the
Ascendant lose — or leave Meryth to prepare for something worse?
Freedom now depends on the technology that nearly destroyed it.
